How do I know what size to order?
Each item has a size chart in the description. If you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the perfect streetwear fit.

How long does shipping take ?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking via email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we got you. Email us right away at rbhdesignz@outlook.com with your order number.

Can I track my order ?
Tracking will be emailed once your item ships. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or hit us up at rbhdesignz@outlook.com.

My order arrived but something's missing
We’re on it. Email us with your order number and a photo (if needed). We’ll fix it fast.

I received the wrong item, what now?
Our bad. Send us a pic and your order number and we’ll get you the right drip.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason.
All sales are final!!!
However, we’re human and mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 3 days of delivery at rbhdesignz@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will review and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

Not yet, but it’s coming soon. For now, we ship across the U.S. only.
