About the event
Create & Breathe is a mindful art experience designed especially for children ages 5–12. This session blends creativity, calm breathing, and gentle self-expression in a supportive, pressure-free environment.
Students will explore art as a way to relax, reset, and connect with their emotions while learning simple breathing techniques to help them slow down and focus. No prior art experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart.
