Submit your design details at checkout. Enter your wording, font ideas, placement preferences, colors, and special instructions in the custom text field.
Email inspiration photos to rbhdesignz@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Receive your digital mockup within 24 to 48 hours. Two revisions are included to ensure everything is finalized exactly how you envision it.
Approve your design. We review and confirm all details with you prior to production.
Production begins only after final approval and full payment is received.

💲 Pricing
The price listed is a non refundable design deposit and starting price for our 100% cotton tees.
Final pricing may increase depending on design size, placement, number of colors, front back or sleeve prints, specialty finishes, fabric upgrades, or overall complexity.
Simple chest designs may remain at the listed price. Larger or specialty designs may require an adjusted invoice after mockup approval.

📦 Production, Shipping & Local Delivery
Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days after final approval and full payment.
We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius of 445 Windy Hill Rd SE, Marietta, GA. Delivery availability and scheduling will be confirmed after your order is completed.
For shipped orders, tracking information will be provided once your package leaves our facility.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, RBH Designz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery concerns after shipment.

For 100% Cotton Tees
Turn garment inside out before washing.
Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
Wash with like colors.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best longevity.
Do not iron directly on the design. If ironing is needed, turn inside out and use low heat.
Avoid high heat as it may affect the printed design over time.
For Performance and 100% Polyester Tees
Turn garment inside out before washing.
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle.
Use mild detergent only.
Do not use fabric softener.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
Do not iron directly on the design.
Avoid high heat to preserve fabric performance and print quality.
Proper care will help maintain color vibrancy and overall design integrity.

All custom pieces are made to order and designed specifically for each customer.
Because items are personalized and approved prior to production, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Design deposits are non refundable.
We carefully review and finalize all design details with you before production begins to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Bulk discounts are available for group and team orders.
